Terms of service.
The agreement. All packages run on a 12-month minimum term, billed monthly in advance. There is no upfront build fee. After the initial term the plan continues monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
What's included. Design and build, managed UK hosting, SSL, SEO setup, AI site training, and the update allowance stated on your chosen package. Additional pages or substantial redesigns are quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work starts.
Your content. You retain ownership of all text, images and brand assets you supply, and confirm you have the rights to use them.
The zero hostage clause. After twelve months we will export your complete website codebase to any host you nominate, free of charge, with migration assistance included. No exit fees.
Delivery. We target 5–7 working days from receipt of your content. Timelines depend on how quickly content and feedback come back to us.
Your 14-day cancellation right. If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have 14 days from the day you sign up to cancel for a full refund. If you ask us to start building inside that window (and most people do), you agree we can begin, and you may be charged a fair amount for the work already completed if you then cancel. Once your website has been delivered within the 14 days, the cancellation right ends. Business customers are not covered by this statutory right, but just ask — we're reasonable.
Domains. The one-off £29.99 covers registering a new domain plus setup for the first year, or £9.99 to transfer one you already own. It is separate from your monthly plan. We choose an extension that suits the budget — usually .co.uk, .uk, .com or .store — and premium extensions are quoted before anything is bought. The domain is registered in your name: you own it, and it goes with you if you leave. Domains renew annually and are billed separately at cost, outside your monthly price. Auto-renew is on by default so your website doesn't drop off the internet; you can switch it off whenever you like.
If payments stop. No fines, no debt collectors, no passive-aggressive emails. We'll pause your website until you come back or tell us to close the account. Your content stays available for export.
Loyalty discount. After your initial 12 months you automatically move to a monthly rolling agreement at 35% off. Cancel any time from that point with 30 days' notice.
Liability. We take reasonable care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Complaints. Email us and we'll respond within 5 working days and try to sort it within 30 days. If we can't agree, you can take a consumer complaint to Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards. Data protection complaints go to the ICO — see the privacy notice.
