How quickly can a BasicBS. website go live?

Yes. Domains are registered in the customer's name, and after the initial 12 months BasicBS. exports the full clean codebase to any host free of charge, with migration help. There are no exit fees and no hostage clauses.
What happens to the price after 12 months?
The price goes down, not up. After 12 months the plan automatically moves to a monthly rolling agreement at 35% off — £16.24, £25.99, £32.49 or £38.99 a month depending on the plan — and can be cancelled at any time.
